Quieting your mind from busy chatter can happen in the midst of it all. Breathe deep and let out the tension. Move the body parts you can and loving say to your self "I AM!" Just a few seconds focusing in. Just a few seconds whose results will have you feeling and seeing from your intuitive self. Trust yourself because unless you trust the evidence of your own experience what's the point?

Tree Flower Meditation

Help develop your personal power of concentration using the "Tree Flower" meditation. From a standing position, focus on the breathe as it enters the body. Allow any tension to drop or melt away. Imagine your spine as the great roots and stalk of an erect tree. Trace it upward till you reach the top of your head where you will encounter this beautiful flower, your feet are actually the flower's root, feeling your natural nature connection stretch you psychically. You can imagine energy flow from the flower petals and roots to all areas of the tree your spine has become. Finish by allowing light to gently descend through the flower, down the spine into the roots ready now for your physical creative uses.
